・Pie crust(round)...2 sheets
・Berry jam...2 TBSP
・Granulated sugar(Caster sugar)
1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees
2. Place a sheet of pie crust on the baking paper, brush over the jam in the centre of the pie crust.
Then brush egg liquid along the edge of pie crust. Then cover it with another sheet of pie crust.
Use a fork to press firmly along the edge of pie curst to seal it properly.
3. Get a glass cup then use the bottom of cup to stamp in the centre of the pie crust, then leave the stamped area uncut
then use a knife to slice the outer part of pie crust(see the clip) to serveral straps. Twist the straps individually.
4. Brush the egg liquid again over the pie then transfer it to the oven to bake for another 20 mins.
