· Bread dough ... 200g
· Ham ... 6 sheets
· Pizza cheese ... 60g
■ Steps
Swan family bread
1. Roll out dough to a thickness of 5 mm and cut out round pieces.
2. Fold 1 in half and cut it into a swan shape. Let rest for 20 minutes, make eyes with black sesame and bake for 16 minutes in a 180 degree oven. Done♪ i
Red bean ring bread
1. Roll out bread dough to 1 cm and leaving 3cm gap at the top, cut bottom in 1 cm width pieces. Put red bean spread on the top and wrap and roll into a ring shape.
2. After resting for 20 minutes, apply water thinly to the surface with a brush, shake the black sesame on and bake in a 180 degree oven for 20 minutes. Done♪
Fruit cornucopia basket bread
1. Roll out 50 g of bread dough to a thickness of 5 mm and cut in to make it 3 pieces and make a braid.
2. Roll out the remaining 250 g of dough to 5 mm thick, cut it into rods and wrap them around a mold made of aluminum. Let rest for 20 minutes, and bake for 18 minutes in a 190 degrees oven. Cool and put in your favorite fruits to decorate it. Done♪
Ham & cheese epi bread
1. Roll out dough to a thickness of 5 mm, place ham and cheese on in this order, then roll it.
2. Rest for 20 minutes, cut with scissors and twist alternately on the left and right. Bake in an oven at 200 degrees for 17 minutes. Done♪
