1. Place minced chocolate, heavy cream in a mixing bowl then let it heat in a 500w microwave for 1 min to melt
2. Add in egg liquid then combine them well
3. Let the mixture go through sifter to get rid of lumps
4. Pour the mixture into the ceramic containers, cover with pieces of alumni paper then give it a water bath in a deep frying pan then cook in a low heat for around 10~13 mins.
