■ Ingredients (4-6 serves)
・Glutinous rice flour...50g
・Red bean paste...as you expected
・Sesame(white&black)...as you expected
・Strawberry...as you expected
1. Blend Glutinours rice flour, rice flour and water together. Roll the dough into a thick rope.
2. Well cover half cut strawberry with red bean paste, then gently pack the filling down, Squeeze together the dough, pressing to seal the dough. Roll between palms to from a ball.
3. Roll and press the outside of each ball in the sesame seeds. Add the balls in a deep fry pan that oil temps about 170 degrees for 4 minutes, Enjoy♪
