FULL RECIPE:
■ Ingredients (4 pancakes)
(Meringue)
· Egg whites ... 8
· Sugar ... 2 teaspoons
(Egg yolk dough)
· Egg yolk ... 2
· Sugar ... 2 tablespoons
· Yogurt (sugar-free) ... 150 g
· Cake flour ... 70g
· Butter (unsalted) ... 10 g

(Topping)
· Loosely whipped cream ... appropriate amount
· Mint ... appropriate amount

■ Preparation
· Make a 10 cm round mold with parchment paper.

■ Steps
1. Add sugar to egg whites, make firm meringue.
2. Add sugar, egg yolk and yogurt to flour, mix well.
3. Add 1/3 amount of meringue to dough in step 2, and mix. Add the remaining meringue, and mix well.
4. Heat the butter in a frying pan, pour the dough into the mold, cover, and cook for about 30 minutes over low heat. Put water in and cook for 15 minutes with a low heat.
5. Top with cream, decorate with mint, and it is completed♪
