・Salt and Pepper
1. Boil and mash potato.
2. Mash boiled egg.
3. Mix potato and egg with salt and pepper. Divide into 5 pieces and roll into balls.
4. Spread pork slices and season with salt and pepper. Roll up the potato balls with 2 slices of pork each.
5. Cover them with potato starch and fry.
