1 thin omelette
Salt & pepper
120g sushi rice
4 crab sticks
Japanese rolled omelette
1 nori sheet
1. Slice half of the cucumber (about 6 slices). Cut the thin omelette into 6 strips. Put them alternately on the plastic wrap .
2. Fold back every other cucumber strip. Place the egg strips perpendicular to cucumber strips.unfold the cucumber strips which are now running under the egg strips.
3. Repeat this process. Put nori, sushi rice and rest of the ingredients. Roll the sushi and you are done!
