1. Place cookies in the bag then smash it gently to make it pieces then add in butter.
2. Put the butter based cookies in the pan
3. Place cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice and water down gelatine powder, heavy cream in a mixing bowl, the combine them well.
4. Separate the mixtures into 5 groups then place them in five individual containers
5. Add food colourings in the containers individually
6. Put the mixtures with colour in the pan randomly as you wish
7. Let it chill in the fridge to harden to finish
