1. Prepare the butter at room temperature. Stir it with a wooden spatula until it gets creamy.
2. Put egg white and powdered sugar (20g) into another bowl, and whip it with a hand mixer quick. Add the remained sugar and whip it until it's combined and becomes a whipped cream.
3. Add butter gradually into the bowl of the above (2). Mix and fold them with a spatula.
4. Pour ginger ale in a glass and put whipped cream made at the step (3). It will taste better to whisk well the egg whites and sugar. Let's try ♪
