・Gyoza dumpling wrappers…12
・Flavoured nori sheet…4g
・Salt and pepper
1. Slice the mushrooms and tear the nori sheet into small pieces.
2. Heat sesame oil in a frying pan. Fry mushrooms and add ginger, salt and pepper. Leave it to cool down. Add cheese and mix roughly.
3. Wrap the mixture with 2 pieces of dumpling wrappers each.
4. Heat sesame oil in a pan and fry the wraps until golden brown.
