Bao Makers is a concept store serving buns created tastefully with flavours using fresh ingredients daily. Bao Makers specializing in another type of bao, this is the Chinese style steam buns American-Chinese restaurants are known to serve. I ordered Chilli Crab Bao, Chilli Crab is a a famous Singaporean seafood dish. The portion of the meat is really generous, it’s succulent crab meat is mixed with chilli sauce. And I shouldn’t forget to mention the deep fried golden brown bao which sandwiches the meat. Nestled in the heritage district of Jalan Besar, with the modern industrial interior, quiet cozy ambiance, friendly service, this is a perfect dining place for all.
