Easy Roasted Chicken in Teriyaki Sauce
■ Ingredients
· Chicken meat ... 1
· Oil ... 1 tbsp
· Sugar ... 1 tbsp
· Cooking sake ... 1 tbsp
· Soy sauce ... 1 tbsp
· Garlic tube ... about 1 cm
■ Steps
1. Pierce the chicken with a fork.
2. Put the oil in a frying pan and pan fry the chicken. Cover and cook for 5 minutes at medium heat.
3. Turn over when browned, and cook for 5 minutes at medium heat with lid
4. While frying the meat, make sauce. Combine sugar, cooking sauce, soy sauce, and garlic in the bowl.
5. Turn over again when browned, and leave the skin side down. Put sauce.
