<AVOCADO DIPPING SAUCE>
・Minced pring onion...1 TBSP
・Lemon juice...1 tbsp
(PREPARATION) Slice the onions in 2 cm size. Cut cheddars slices into quarter size.
Prepare dipping sauce prior to deep frying rings.
1. Stuff the chadder slice in between 2 slices of rings.
2. Blend minced parsley, cheese powder together to make a batter.
Roll the rings in plain flour, egg liquid, bread crumbs then egg liquid and bread crumbs steps by stpes to coat. (Double steps to coat in egg liquid and bread crumbs can get a thicker coat taste)
3. Deep fry in 180 degrees oil until it begins to turn golden colour. Put the avocado dip on the side to serve
