■ Ingredients 15 pieces
· Macaroon dough ... 200g

White chocolate ganache
· White chocolate ... 100 g
· Fresh cream ... 50ml
· Food color ... appropriate amount

■ Steps
1. Squeeze the macaron dough round and dry for about 1 hour
2. Place in an oven that has been preheated to 160 degrees and lower it to 140 degrees and bake for 15 minutes
3. Place fresh cream in a pot and boil. Put down white chocolate from the fire and mix, add color of food color and cool in the refrigerator

5. Squeeze the ganache on the other macaron and put 4 on and complete it
