Crispy Red Hot Chicken Wings
· Chicken wings ... 4 pieces
· Egg ... 1
· Milk ... 200 cc
· Flour ... 200g
· Black pepper ... 1 tsp
· Allspice ... 1 tsp
· Chili powder ... 2 tsp
· Salt ... 1 tbsp
■ Steps
1. Pierce the chicken wings with a fork
2. Mix egg and milk and then marinate chicken for 5 mins.
3. Mix the flour and the rest of the seasoning. Coat chicken with the seasoned flour.
4. At temperature of about 160 degrees, deep fry chicken for 6 mins.
