· Dry yeast ... 3g
· Sugar ... 2 teaspoons
· Salt ... 1/2 teaspoon
· Lavender water ... 160ml
· Lard 2 teaspoons
Bean paste
· Minced pork ... 150 g
· Onions ... 1/2 pieces
· Bread crumbs ... 2 tablespoons
· Chicken roe soup ... 1 teaspoon
· Soy sauce ... 1 tablespoon
· Potato starch powder ... 2 teaspoons

■ Steps:
(Preparation 1-4)
1. Put the powder, sugar in the bowl and mix
2. Add yeast to lukewarm water and mix it with 1

8. Place the steam basket on the hot water boiling pot and steam for 10 minutes to complete!
