Water Sparkle Snow Dome Nail Art
<Steps>
1) Place heart-shaped masking tape on top of your nail.
2) Paint the white gel twice.
3) Paint aurora foils.
4) Paint Clear gel.
5) Put large and small holograms.
6) Remove masking tape.
7) Paint top coat.
8) Put the hot water in a bowl.
9) Put the Oyumaru-kun in a hot water bowl.(Resin Clay) Wait about 2 minutes until Oyumaru-kun gets soft.
10) Make Oyumaru-kun heart-shape.
11) Put Oyumaru-kun in the Clear Gel
12) Take the Oyumaru kun from the gel.
13) Put clear gel on top of a plastic paper.
14) Place the hologram.
15) Paint top coat.
16) Put the heart shaped gel together.
17) Trim with a pair of scissors.
18) Place the heart on top of the nail.
19) Make a hole in the heart.
20) Add hologram and glitters.
21) Put baby oil.
22) Place gel to fill the hole.
23) Finish with a top coat
