■Ingredients (Serves 3)
・Tinned Fruits(Apples, Oranges, Cherries, etc...)…150g
1. Chop the tinned fruits into small pieces.
2. Pour white wine into a heatproof bowl. Add gelatin powder and sugar into it and set over a pan of warm water(60 degrees). Mix well. Dip your jelly mould in water.
3. Put fruits into the jelly mould and pour the jelly mix. Refrigerate to set.
4. Take the jelly out and place it inside a glass. Pour some orange juice and serve♪
(Warm the mould with hot water to take the jelly out smoothly.)
