FULL RECIPE:

■Ingredients (for 2 people)
・Asparagus…4
・Ground pork...300g
・Onion…1/2
・Shiso leaves (Japanese basil)…3 leaves
・Grated ginger…1 tsp
・Soy sauce…1 tbsp
・Beaten egg…1/2
・Starch…1 tbsp
・Soy sauce…2 tbsp
・Sake…2 tbsp
・Sweet Sake (Mirin)…2 tbsp
・Sugar…1 tbsp
・Meltable cheese…60g
・White wine…30㏄
・Butter…10g
・Sesame oil…2 tbsp
・Black pepper… some

■Steps
1. Chop onions and Shiso leaves. Put ground pork, onions, Shiso leaves, grated ginger, soy sauce (1 tbsp), beaten egg, and starch into a bowl. Mix them well until they are sticky combined. Wrap asparagus with the mixture.
2. Pour soy sauce (2 tbsp), sake, sweet sake (Mirin), and sugar into another bowl.
3. Put sesame oil into a frying pan, heat it up, and fry the asparagus of the above (1). When both sides get brown, pour the sauce of the above (2) and fry them.
4. Put butter in a pan. Add meltable cheese and white wine, and melt them down. Pour it on the asparagus of the above (3).
