■Ingredients（for 2 people）
・Shiitake mushroom(small)… 10〜12
A Minced pork…150g
Mayonnaise, Sake…each 1 tbsp
Soy sauce…1 tsp
Grated garlic, Grated ginger…some
・Potato starch…appropriate amount
・Salad oil…1 tsp
・Parsley, Ponzu sauce, Soy sauce…some
1. Put “A” into a bowl, mix them well until minced meat gets white and sticky. Remove stems of mushrooms, put potato starch with a strainer.
2. Divide the above (1) into the amount of mushrooms, fill caps with stuffing using hands.
3. Heat salad oil in a frying pan, line the above (2) with putting down the meat mixture, fry for 2~3 mins with medium heat.4. When it gets brown, flip it over and spread sake on it. Put a lid on a pan and steam with almost-medium low heat for 3~4 mins. Place mushrooms on a dish, put parsley if you have, and serve them with ponzu sauce on a small plate♪
