Whole Pear Tart
■ Cost: about $4.50
■ Ingredients
· Pears ... 1 and 1/4
· White wine ... 200ml
· Lemon juice ... 2 tablespoons
· Granulated sugar ... 60 g
· Water ... 200ml ~ (enough to cover pears ※ Please adjust according to pot)
· Whipped cream ... appropriate amount
· Tart shell ... 1 shell
· Chocolate stick ... 1
· Mint ... 1
■ Steps
1. Cut out the core of the pear and peel. Grate the 1/4 of pear.
2. Put white wine, lemon juice, granulated sugar in a pot and heat. Put the pear in once it boils, and add enough water so the pear is covered, put lid directly on and cook for about 30 minutes over low heat. When the pear becomes somewhat transparent, let cool.
3. Add the whipped cream to the grated pear and mix.
4. Place pear from step 2 in a tart shell and fill cream in the hollowed out part.
5. Complete with a chocolate stick and mint♪
